BUSINESS TIP: Prepare Before You Fly.

Business travel can often interfere with your body clock. Travelling often mean delays, different time zones, altered eating patterns, takeaway or restaurant foods and insufficient exercise, all of which can leave you feeling exhausted. The best way to overcome this is to be prepared before you head off on your business trip.
If you’re flying international, consider the food body at your destination, you may even be able to organise catering ahead of leaving. Speak to the airline and the hotel to let them know of any special dietary requirements – as long as you let them know early they will be more than happy to meet your needs.
Another helpful hint is to eat and drink while you are flying. You can pack travellers of your favourite foods to eat on board a long flight. Also don’t forget to drink plenty of water when you fly so that you stay well hydrated. And as soon as you hit the ground at your destination, adjust your eating habits to suit your location.
