Greenseas have now brought out a new chunky-style tuna and salmon in a single serve plastic pot with a spork (cross between a spoon and a fork). The container also comes with a plastic resealable lid. Whether you eat this seafood from the pot or mix it through a salad, it is a good source of omega-3 and a great way to control portion sizes.
