Health & the City 10-week Health Challenge


New Year, New You - we've heard it all before. With the beginning of 2010, many of us will set New Year's Resolutions to get healthy and improve our lifestyles. It's safe to say that most of us have set these resolutions before - motivated to change for the first few weeks or months, only then to fall victim to our old unhealthy habits again. We try the same approaches year after year, keep falling short of out goals and are left feeling discouraged and wondering what went wrong. But this year, it doesn't have to end like that, thanks to the Health & the City 10-week Health Challenge. 
Designed to help you improve your lifestyle for the better, the Health & the CIty 10-week Health Challenge mixes nutrition, fitness and health to help you make the lifestyle changes you have always wanted to make but can't find the time for.  In small intermediate groups, each week will consist of a fun and intense exercise session combined with a topic-focused lifestyle chat. Week 1 will see fitness and health assessments taken, which will be compared to the results in week 10. The healthiest person wins a prize!

What you get
For just $350.00 (including GST), on top of the 10 exercise and lifestyle sessions, all the participants receive a copy of Health & the City, a copy of the Healthy Food Guide magazine, weekly health factsheets, weekly motivational emails and other bits and pieces throughout the course of the 10-weeks. The sessions are conducted by dual qualified dietitians and exercise physiologists and are currently available in Balmain, Sydney.
